Prepare your tools. A Stanley knife for cutting fabric; a saw for cutting the wood; and the junior hacksaw and wire cutters for cutting the spring mechanism.

These were the tools that I thought I might need, but as it happened, I found that I didn’t need the hacksaw or the wire cutters, and I needed to use a screwdriver.
